DISTRACTION & RELAXATION

  • Allows users to focus on the changing light patterns as opposed to the physical pain and discomfort from medical conditions, or painful physiotherapy.
  • Also acts as a distraction for those suffering with mental health issues as it can help clear the head by concentrating on the shifting light patterns.
  • Alongside aromatherapy, sensory lights can also be used as a relaxation technique. Different colours enhance different moods; blue is very calm and relaxing as are violets and greens.
